Maria began journaling while going through a hard season to help her find one small,
good thing to look forward to each day. One Ray Journal, founded in 2018, was created
to help people stay accountable to achieve their dream life through a simple, five-minute
practice each day to prioritize what will help you achieve your goals. This includes
healthy habits, a positive mindset, and being intentional to take you away from a world
of distraction and focus only on what will help you intentionally achieve your goals.
One Ray Journal products are all made in America, small batch produced, and created
by Maria Fitzgerald and graphic artistic Emily Frazier.
