Burley Fabulous Knives

Burley Fabulous Knives was started to fuse my love for being a maker, working in film and theatre, with my passion for the kitchen. I create handmade Japanese style kitchen knives, for home cooks and professionals. Each knife is created to re-ignite your passion for cooking, and to maximize durablility, and ease of use.

I work closely with local suppliers to source sustainable materials, and work to keep my prices of these unique pieces comparable to store brands.

While I invest a great deal in their aesthetic qualities, I advocate for these items to be used, rather than just displayed. I make these to be the first an favorite tool to use when preparing a meal.
